drink plenty of flu-ids

It started when Andy became a teacher,
teachers do a lot of wonderful and amazing things
but this is not a post about those things.
This is a post about the germs teachers bring home.

I blame Andy, you see, because he was the first to come down with the stomach flu. That was Friday.  Then Saturday was my turn.
We tried our best to keep it from Piglet--I kept him away from Andy when he wasn't feeling well.  Auntie and Grandpa were nice enough to take Piglet on a field trip Saturday, then Grandpa Tom and Grandma Sherri took Piglet overnight Saturday and most of the day Sunday.

I'll spare you the gory details but at 9:00 pm Sunday, it hit the fan.  Well, that is not entirely true, it hit me.  And the new chair.  I was definately more traumatized than Oliver by the whole ordeal.  I mean, have you ever tried feeding a breastfed baby a half an ounce at a time every ten minutes?  It does not make for a happy Piglet or Mama.  And less than 24 hours later my sweet boy was... well...all better.

And back to his smiley, silly self.
